Value Chain Analytics Manager

Owing to increasing importance of professional data analytics to support business decision making process, we currently are creating a very interesting position of Value Chain Analytics Manager in our global Value Chain Management team. 

Your main responsibility is to manage, coordinate and drive the use and development of analytical and business intelligence capabilities in area of Scanfil’s end to end value chain. Analytics Manager drives the Scanfil operations’ data insights and analysis for better and more accurate decision making.

Your tasks include, e.g.: 

• perform end to end Operations data analyses
• deliver analytical insights for improvement actions and fact based decision making
• develop and implement operations end-to-end data analytics solutions
• develop  operational data analytics capability in Scanfil.      

Our expectations towards the candidate are:

• Experience & abilities:
  • Applicable education (M.Sc., B.Sc. or equivalent) and several years of experience on BI-related tasks, either from solution or analytical point of view
  • Ability to use data for exploratory, descriptive, inferential, prescriptive, and advanced analytics
  • Proactive individual who takes initiative, recognizes and acts on opportunities
  • Highly analytical mindset and passionate of data literacy
  • Solid communication with capabilities of prioritizing tasks within defined projects
  • Ability to work successfully with changing priorities and situations
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
