We are excited to offer a stimulating position as a Senior Treasury Manager within our Global Finance team. The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO of Scanfil Group, with the preferred location for this role being at our office in Vantaa, Finland, or optionally in Stockholm or Malmö, Sweden.

We seek a proactive and dedicated professional who values team collaboration and is eager to grow alongside the company in a dynamic environment. This role is pivotal, involving management, coordination, and hands-on participation in all treasury-related activities within Scanfil Group.

You will work closely with our Group CFO and collaborate extensively with our Global Accounting team and the finance teams of our local companies.

In this position, your tasks will be related to Treasury Management, including:

• Cash and liquidity management
• FX and other financial risk management
• External financing in cooperation with group CFO
• Management and coordination of the intercompany financing and internal capital structures.
• Cash flow reporting and planning
• Treasury controlling and reporting
• Optimization of cash management processes
• Development of treasury related processes and systems
• Coaching and supporting of the local teams
• Treasury integration and implementation of the company processes in relation to potential M&A activities.

To succeed in this position, you:

• are experienced in
• treasury management in an international company
• management of development projects;
• have knowledge and skills like
• Master’s degree or equivalent knowledge in finance
• minimum 5 years’ experience in an international company's Group treasury and finance
• strong coordination skills
• good English skills;
• have availability and willingness for reasonable travelling.
